Shipping of Goods
Collection and shipping of goods takes place within 1-3 business days after the order is received (depends on the availability of goods in stock and the number of orders at that time). If the goods are in stock and payment is made before 12:00, shipping is carried out within 24 hours.

After sending the parcel, we will send you the declaration number (TTN), with which you can track the movement of the cargo on the Nova Poshta website and pick up the parcel after it arrives at the warehouse.

Upon receipt of the goods, make sure that the goods inside the postal package are not damaged during transportation! To do this, unpack the postal package without damaging the original packaging of the goods, seals, etc., and check it upon receipt in the presence of a carrier employee. Carefully inspect the goods without violating the integrity of the packaging to ensure that you received exactly what you ordered and that the appearance of the goods meets your expectations.
All claims for ordered goods are accepted only at the time of delivery (receipt of the parcel at the carrier's office), before the delivery payment is made, with the integrity of the packaging of the goods preserved.
